Need an answer? Lifetracks puts you in direct contact with expert advisors who are happy to answer your questions about working, learning and gaining skills and experience.

Lifetracks offers free, confidential, answers to your questions within three working days (that's Mondays-Fridays 9:30am-5:30pm). We're currently answering queries to do with working, learning and gaining skills and experience.

The service is all based online, you can submit a question at any time through our question form, and when it's been answered and you can come back and pick it up. It's a simple as that. 

Need an Answer is for all young people (16-25 year olds) across the UK. Unfortunately, we can't answer questions from people who are under 16 or over 25. If you are not aged 16-25 years old, please see our information about alternative services. For financial and legal reasons, we're also unable to respond to people who are based outside the UK.
